QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
I have about a quart left of the 5500 from an application 2 years ago in original container and stored in a cabinet. I want to make sure that the concrete is clear enough of the application from 2 years ago. Will the left over give me a valid test? If not, do you still sell the quart size?
Depending on how it was stored, it may be ok. If water beads on the surface, the sealer is still present. Unfortunately, we only have the gallons available.

Can I use Grip-Tek 250 with this product? If not, what additive would be compatible?
No. Unfortunately Grip-Tek 250 doesnt lend itself well to water based sealers. That is one of the cons of water based sealers, there really isnt a good grip additive.

How much coverage do you get out of a gallon?

My garage floor sweats at times . Is this the product I should use ? I would like to change the color of my garage floor can I use a colored paint over this product?
You would be better off with a two step process to densify the concrete, then seal it with a penetrating sealer.
I would start with the lithi-tek 4500, then go to the siloxa-tel 8510 to actually seal it. That will prevent water from going through your concrete from underneath -
What is the difference between the 5500 and 5505?
5500 is water based, and a satin/matte finish.
5505 is solvent based and a higher gloss.
